Advice

Packaging advice for us means responding to your individual requirements and turning them into good solutions. Your questions may be very different:

• You have a new product for which you need the right packaging?
• You are looking for an alternative to your existing packaging?
• You need to reduce the extent of the packaging work in your logistics?
• Your packaging costs seem too high and you would like to make savings?

Material and packaging testing

We test your packaging according to your requirements and our standard regulations in our fully air-conditioned central laboratory in Remshalden. Laboratory tests on packaging and paper according to DIN or drop tests, e.g. according to DHL/UPS specifications etc., can be requested at any time in our central laboratory.

Our central laboratory is a recognised BAM* test facility. This means that you can arrange for us to carry out tests for all types of your dangerous goods packaging from 4 g to 100 kg.

*BAM = German Federal Institute for Materials Research and Testing

Hazardous goods packaging

We are certified to produce hazardous goods packaging. Our specially trained employees monitor the production according to the specified regulations.

Assembly

The assembly of your packaging requires careful manual work and the appropriate number of personnel. You would like to outsource this service? We pre-fold your packaging, assemble it and add the padding, dividers and inserts.

Co-Packaging

We can also fulfil unusual packaging requests quickly and reliably thanks to our high degree of flexibility. You would like your packaging ready packed? If required, we can take care of the complete packing process for you, pack the packaging that we produce directly after production and send the packed goods to their destination.

Logistics & storage

We believe that effective logistics provide a decisive competitive advantage. We don't just produce at short notice, but also offer you standard shipping costs – regardless of where your delivery address is in Germany.Deliveries are made with our own vehicle fleet, amongst others. This makes just-in-time deliveries possible. If required, we can also take care of the storage for you and deliver your packaging at regular intervals or on demand.
