Saving packaging material - through packaging optimization and machine-supported processes
The globally active retailer Talea Naturkosmetik & Wellness stands for an extensive product portfolio with around 20,000 products. The large variety of products created many different packaging sizes, which resulted in a high cost factor. Through our development of a machine-based process and the use of a machine from the French manufacturer B+ Equipment, the packaging variety was reduced to just two packaging sizes.

For our long-standing industrial customer M&G, we have developed a packaging solution that replaces filling material made of polystyrene (EPS) and polyurethane foam (PU) with sustainable corrugated board. The corrugated board fixation offers maximum hold and product protection as well as simple, environmentally friendly disposal.
